The Effingham County Board heard a presentation at Monday's meeting about the Effingham Regional Career Academy.
Facilitator Cassandra Carpenter was joined by Bryce Worman, a Dieterich High School student who shared his experiences in the Academy and how it will help him in the business world.
Carpenter shared that 27 area businesses are assisting the Academy in its work.
