A big win on Saturday for the Effingham County 4-H Livestock Judging Team and Coach Evan Link. The Effingham County 4-H Livestock Judging Team traveled to Black Hawk College in Galva, to compete at the 38th Annual Dan Hoge Invitational Livestock Judging Contest.
Emma Beckman from Dieterich placed third in Beef, third in Swine, second in Questions, and third Overall Individual. The Junior Team came in at 18th Team Overall and placed 12th in the state.
