
Tonight's JH Volleyball matches v. Jasper County will be played in the HS Gym. The 7th grade game will begin at 4:15. It is 8th Grade night and we will be recognizing the 8th graders between games.

Mrs. Zerrusen and her high school art classes have been creating monsters for our Kindergarten students. Over this week, each Kindergarten student received their own unique monster!

Our 6th graders have been working hard on Valentine's Day boxes for our Kindergartner students and this morning they were able to hand the boxes out! Our 6th graders do a great job working with and helping our younger students!

IHSA Girls Basketball Regionals begin today! Dieterich will be hosting Red Hill at 1:00, come out to the gym and support the team as they begin postseason play. Admission for all IHSA Regional games is $5.00 per person regardless of age. IHSA Regional games are not streamed on Hudl.

Last Friday DHS students competed in the ACES academic challenge at Lake Land College. Congratulations to Ryan Rich for placing first overall in Computer Science and second in Math in our division! Ryan will now move on to compete in the next round of competition at EIU later in the year.

Senior Night for Girls Basketball!

6th grade recently studied natural resources, and studied the advantages and disadvantages to using fossil fuels. After learning about the BP Oil Spill of 2010, they participated in an oil spill clean-up challenge. They definitely learned oil spill clean up is no easy task!!









Today was our 100th day of school!! We wanted to show you our Kindergarten and 1st grade students celebrating this special day!
