The Dieterich Park District will be hosting a baseball clinic for 3rd thru 8th grade boys on June 11th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the Dieterich Park. Britton's Bullpen will be instructing the clinic. Cost is $10/person. The clinic will focus on pitching, hitting and fielding. Register online or mail the completed forms to PO Box 17, Dieterich.

Hamilton's Own Soldier of the Week is SGT Dalton Flach (13B). During the battery’s recent certification, SGT Flach was chosen above his peers to become the chief of section for Bravo 11 due to his technical and tactical expertise of the M109A7 howitzer. SGT Flach continuously and tirelessly studied the necessary manuals to ensure that he would be able to certify when the testing date arrived, and he did so with new section members whom he had previously not worked with. He quickly adapted to the new crew, and was able to lead them through the certification process successfully. SGT Flach’s ability to certify enabled Bravo Battery to remain lethal and ready to fight during the battery’s period of transition. His actions embody what it means to be a Big Red One Soldier and a member of Hamilton’s Own.

Come join us this week for our Spring Concerts/Art Show. The Dieterich Jr/Sr High Concert/Art Show will be on Monday, April 1st at 7:00 P.M and the Elementary Concert/Art Show will be on Tuesday, April 2nd at 7:00 P.M. Both will be in the high school gym. The Dieterich Class of 2021 will be having a cookout prior to the Elementary Concert/Art Show on Tuesday night. The cookout will run from 4:30-7:00 in the cafeteria. Come and support the Class of 2021 and enjoy some good food!
