Just a reminder that there will be NO SCHOOL on Monday April 8th. Dieterich's "Party in the Path" event will take place both Sunday and Monday. Sunday will feature food trucks at 2pm, Star Lab at Wright Family Center from 2 to 7pm, inflatables from 3 to 7pm, a Solar Panel of Experts at 4pm and 5pm at Wright Family Center featuring Channel 3 Meteorologist Seth Bohnhoff, Lake Land College Physics Instructor Daniel Allen, and Megan Candelaria from the Wyoming NASA Space Grant Consortium, and music by "Flight 50" from 6 to 9pm. Monday will include food trucks , music by "Hip Huggers" from 11am to 2pm, inflatables from 11am to 4pm, and the Total Eclipse at 2:02pm. Enjoy the Eclipse!

Fourth graders wrote letters at the beginning of the year to convince Mr. Benefiel and their teachers to add their favorite topics to our school day. Some students wanted hunting to be added to our day. Today, Kyle Heuerman with Team Radical came to talk to the students about aspects of his career. The students learned about different animals and safety gear.

The 5th graders were able to go outside before Easter break for a tug-of-way activity that simulated the American Revoution. By the end of the simulation, the 5th grade Patriots along with their allies were able to defeat the strong British army!
