The class of 2022 invites you to a pulled pork BBQ carry out meal on Friday September 3rd from 4-7pm (or until sold out). We will have parking spots available on the west side of the school by the cafeteria doors for easy pick up of your carry out meals! Dinner will include: Kick Addis Pulled Pork Sandwich, Mac & Cheese, Chips, and Dessert and is priced at $7/meal. See you Friday!!

If you are willing to take tickets on behalf of a school club, class, sport or organization please let me know which game and what class/club/sport/organization you want the payment to go to. Examples are Class of 22, Sportsbackers, Post Prom, any sport including cheer, dance, scholar bowl, Library Club, etc.

Check out the Dieterich apparel for this year's Post Prom fundraiser. Orders are due for the first round September 3rd. We will place another order for Christmas delivery at a later time. Please send orders and payment to the high school office.
High School Volleyball will be our first sport with indoor ball games. The first home game is Monday. If anyone would like to purchase an individual or family pass please contact Rae Lyn in the high school office. You can send a check with your student, come by the office or let me know to add it to your account and you can pay online. Payment will need to be made before tickets will be distributed. Family passes are $90, and individual passes are $38.
Attention Class of 2021: your Senior yearbooks are in the office if you purchased one. The office is open 8:00-3:30.

A reminder that our Dieterich Elementary Open House is this Monday August 16, from 4:00-6:00. Parents can enter through the west cafeteria entrance or through door 16 by the junior high gym.
Students can bring their school supplies and see their teachers and friends!
The Dieterich Elementary PTO will be serving hot dogs and refreshments and other goodies!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone!
There will be a Red Cross Blood Drive at the Dieterich Civic Center 8/17/21 2:00-6:00
We have been informed that the Pine Street road construction project will not be completed by the start of school. Attached is a map with instructions of our alternate parent drop off and pick up process.
We will use these procedures until further notice.
Any questions can be addressed at our Open House on Monday August 16th from 4:00-6:00 or parents can call the elementary office at 217-925-5248.

We look forward to our monthly school board meeting tonight and are expecting many guests. Please note, we will be limiting public comments to two and a half minutes per attendee to ensure that each person has a chance to share their thoughts. All guests must sign in upon arrival.
